When installing XOOPS, you will need to replace only the following information, leave everything else as default:
To access xoops install, simply type the ip address of your vps into your web browser
XOOPS_DATA_PATH => /var/www/xoops/x00ps_data (Change to this)
XOOPS_LIBRARY_PATH => /var/www/xoops/x00ps_lib (change to this)
XOOPS_DataBase_USER =>xoopsuser
XOOPS_DataBase_PASS => password
XOOPS_DataBase_NAME =>xoopsdb
